Shipping Information

We offer worldwide shipping (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) with two convenient options:

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: £12.95
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Cost: Free for orders over £50
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Stylixon piece you order, whether it’s one of our stunning bridesmaid dresses, chic jumpsuits, or sophisticated maxi dresses. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple returns process.

Key Return Details

  • Return Period: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items without original tags, altered/worn items, and personalized/custom-made pieces

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return/Exchange
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  • Details of item(s) to be returned/exchanged (product name, size, color)
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • For exchanges: specify desired replacement item details
  • Confirmation that items are in original condition with tags attached

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your return securely with original packaging and all tags included. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Credit issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)

Exchange Process

  • Exchange processed after receiving original item
  • Price differences will be adjusted (you pay more for higher value items or receive refund for lower value items)
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new item

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange replacement/refund and cover return shipping costs.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs fees or taxes. Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce fees.
