If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Important: All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Request a Return/Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your return securely with the original packaging and include all tags. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  • If the new item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the new item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new item

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Any items without their original tags attached
  • Items that show signs of wear or have been altered
  • Personalized or custom-made items (if applicable)

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returns. We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce fees.
